 - a text editor (Notepad.exe it's ok)
 - an FTP client (for example FileZilla http://filezilla-project.org/, it's free)

 - 1: open and modify the file "NL-process.php" (inside instructions)
 - 2: copy the code in the file "newsletter.htm" to your index page.
 - 3: Substitute the [ Company Name ] tags in "privacy-policy.htm" file.
 - 4: upload everything in the directory to your website

 For this example you find in "newsletter.htm" some common fields, but you can change them 
 with every other field present in SendBlaster Fields Section:
